OUR PROGRAMS
E-Crawlers (6-12 months)
Wiggle, Roll, CRAWL! Our young babies start their little adventure by learning how to develop their gross and fine motor skills, along with social and cognitive skills. Watch them crawl through a tunnel, roll down a slope, go upside down, and finally learn to stand. Our program will help stimulate their muscles through playful activities such as bubbles, parachute games, movement songs and sensory play.
Our program is also a great way to build up parent-child bonding and trust between you and your baby.
E-Walkers (12-18 months)
Ready, get set, WALK! Seeing your little ones to take their first step and enjloy their independence. Fun activities requiring muscle coordination, stability and flexibility, will challenge both walkers and non-walkers. You will be amazed by what your little one can do, such as headstand, handstand, forwad roll, front or back walk over, cartwheels or walking along on a balance beam. Performing gymnastics greatly enhances the development of your child's self-confidence and social awareness.
E-Runners (18 months - 2yrs)
Twist, Turn, RUN! Different skill building activities such as obstacle course, gymnastic skills and multi-sport skills will motivate your little ones to execute new challenges, which will promote physical and cognitive development. The program will have a stronger forcus on developing language skills and encouraging greater social interaction. Watch your child achieve new physical competence along with high self-esteem in preparation for the challenges at preschool.
E-Hoppers (2-3 yrs)
Skip, jump, HOP! Mastering these skills will keep your child motivated to try new physical challenges. Jumping up and down, hopping side to side, balancing on one foot on a beam, swinging on the bars, all these risk taking activities will build up their confidence and sets stage for important life skills. This program also forcuses on the development of discipline, listening, sharing and friendship skills. Your child will have significant advantage by developing independence and creating a strong foundation to succeed in school.
E-Climbers (3-4 yrs)
This program incorporating sports skills such as kicking, aiming, throwing and catching along with advanced gymnastic skills and challenging obstacle courses, which will build up your child's strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and self-esteem along with a sense of good sportsmanship. These challenging activities help enhance your child's confidence and provid the tools to help become a well-rounded individual.
Cantonese gym (18months -2 yrs), (2 - 4yrs)
Our cantonese gym classes allows your child to learn the language and pick up vocabulary and instructions in a cantonese speaking envirnoment.
Door-to-door Multi-Sport Consultant/Classes
We provide door-to-door multi-sport coaching service at your place with minimium 4 children in the sports class. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
